Nigeria police PRO claims police can break into your house without a warrant - if they feel an offence is being commited
Coming after a viral video of masked police men shooting amd scalling the walls into a private compound, the Nigerin police PRO, Prince Olumuyiwa Adejobi stated police can invade your property with warrant. Not sure what the law sats on this but I leave it to the community to decide.
Does the Nigerian law support armed, masked men climbing the walls into yiur house claiming to be police?
